The section title was “Investigation of Acute Myeloid Leukemia Susceptibility in Mice with a Small Eye Genome Deletion.” While a gene conferring resistance to acute myeloid leukemia is predicted to exist in the mid-region of chromosome 2, we generated mice with a deletion in this region and described the methodology.
