| Details | mtDNA COI, 16S rRNA領域を用いた系統地理学的アプローチから東アジア産コオイムシ類2種 (コオイムシおよびオオコオイムシ) の遺伝的構造を解明しました。分岐年代推定の結果、2種は1000万年前に種分化したことが明らかになり、コオイムシは日本列島から朝鮮半島を経由して大陸へ分散したことを示唆しました。 |
