| Details | mtDNAおよびnDNAの分子系統解析結果から、コオイムシが日本列島から大陸へ「逆分散 back dispersal」したことを示しました。また、コオイムシのオス交尾器形態が日本列島と大陸の集団で異なり、日本列島産オスは大陸産メスと交配できないのに対し、大陸産オスは日本列島産メスと交配ができるという不完全な交配隔離機構を検出しました。 |
