| Details | 海藻類由来の新規抗腫瘍剤の探索を目的に，日本沿岸海藻からインビトロ腫瘍壊死因子-α（TNF-∂）生産促進活性をスクリーニングした結果，褐藻ナガマツモから分離した活性多糖は，濃度依存的なTNF-∂の生産を促進すると共に，加水分解しても活性を示し，新規抗腫瘍剤としての開発に有望であることが示唆された。 |
