Details	ミトコンドリア遺伝子（16S rRNAとCOI）と核遺伝子（18S rRNA）の配列をもとに，ツルクモヒトデ目の科レベルの再検討を行った．その結果，2上科，3科，3亜科に再分類されることが明らかとなった．また，ツルクモヒトデ目の中に7未記載種を認めた．
