Details	本発表は、英語の名詞由来形容詞の性質が、名詞化接尾辞がゲルマン語由来であるかラテン語由来であるかという点に左右される点を指摘し、これが動詞由来名詞の派生において見られる現象と同様であることを論じた。また、ゲルマン系接尾辞 -enが派生する形容詞 (e.g. wooden) が見せる二面性を明らかにした上で、これが英語の通時的変化から説明できる可能性を提示した。 ※新型コロナウイルスの感染拡大に伴い大会開催は中止となったが、学会ウェブサイトにアブストラクトが掲載されている発表は正式に発表されたものとみなされている。
