Details	食環境が咀嚼回数や血糖値変動に与える影響について検討した。女子大学生を対象に、「一人で黙食（コントロール）」「スマートフォンで動画視聴」「他者との遠隔会話」「ロボットとの会話」の4つの食環境での咀嚼行動を観察した。動画視聴やロボットを利用した食環境整備と咀嚼行動の関連を初めて報告し、咀嚼に関する新たな栄養介入方法の可能性を示した。
