Details | jerusalem is a holy city for three monotheistic religions and the center for Palestine, which the Bible describes as the "Promised Land", the symbol of liberty from tyranny. This symbolism echoed in the American Declaration of Independence, July 4, 1776. However the holy city is also the focus of Mideast conflicts. To end the bloodsheds, both sides are required to be realistic and recognize the existance of the other. Poitical wisdom is needed to take, not the best but, the "second best" policy to create a better future together. |
