Details This study investigated the impact of procrastination on learning outcomes in an asynchronous online English learning environment. Results showed that university students who procrastinated had significantly lower learning gains compared to those who habitually engaged in learning. This highlights the need for interventions to prevent procrastination and promote consistent learning habits even in flexible learning environments.
