概要 | On the basis of a biosystematic view of civilization, here I summarize the importance of information flow, energy flow, and material flow as machinery in civilization in relation to the global environmental protection. Analysis of civilizations from the biosystematic view deduced that the education and invention compose the central controlling system for information (CCSI) in the civilization consisting of amplification and modification methods of information, assignment methods between information and function, and the machinery for incorporation of new assignments between information and function. The biosystematic view also supports the importance of maintaining the energy and material flows, which play roles that the central controlling machinery for inflow and outflow of energy, material, and information (CMIO). Finally, the relationship between CCSI and the energy and material flows in the civilizations is discussed by combining the roles of CCSI and CMIO. |
