概要	Teachers in Mozambique face multiple challenges in their daily work, and seeking help is generally considered an important way to cope with them. Although help-seeking behaviour has been widely examined in many countries, it remains under-researched among Mozambican teachers. To address this gap, this study investigates the help-seeking behaviour of Mozambican teachers in Maputo City and Matola Municipality using a mixed-method approach, including interviews and a questionnaire survey.The findings suggest that help-seeking behaviour among Mozambican teachers is less associated with the extent to which teachers perceive problems and more with psychological dispositions, expected benefits of support, and access to diverse and trusted help networks.
