概要	Modern society is increasing in complexity and it is becoming difficult to solve problems in a single project. And in recent years, to create new value, collaboration with many different area, and the need for innovations beyond the industry border are highlighted. Also systems and services, will be to adapt to the rapid changing customer needs and market environment is required. In order to respond to such global trends, I am proposing the new management model that combines the program management and agile development method. This the model name of "Agile program management model". This paper explains the effectiveness of Agile program management using recent business case.
