概要	Parkinsonian lumbago is usually caused by lesions of the thalamus or spinothalamocortical pathways. Decreased lumbago directly improved quality of life. We succeeded to treat Parkinsonian lumbago of elderly patients. One patient could walk independently during outpatient care and enjoy ground golf, even though near 24 years have passed since the onset of Parkinson's disease (PD). Safe habits and hobbies for the elderly of whole-body exercise such as ground golf exercise habits, rehabilita- tion, medications and Neurotropin are suspected to be favorable for long-term prognosis of PD.
