概要 | The purpose of this paper is to quantitatively clarify the management system that efficiently promotes salesperson's skill formation. To summarize the estimation results, (1) human resource management policy have a significant impact on the achievement of salesperson’ s skill formation, regardless of whether they are from inexperienced to full-fledged or from full-fledged to veteran. Furthermore, (2) especially regarding the skill formation from full-fledged to veteran, job assignments and general career patterns also have a significant impact. On the other hand, the estimation results are significantly different when using dummy variables arbitrarily created from factor analysis and when using factor scores directly. This result suggests the need for the analysis using Confirmatory Factor Analysis, which can test the goodness of fit after imposing constraints on the parameters of the Exploratory Factor Analysis. |
