概要	An examination of an insider's account (author Bruce Feiler) of what it was like to be a foreign instructor teaching English during the late 1980's and early 1990's. Feiler was part of a movement begun in 1985 in which a significant emphasis was (and to some extent still is) placed in both the public and private sectors of education to internationlize the youth of Japan.
