| 概要 | This study used data from Japan and South Korea to examine how consumer animosity and affinity affect boycotts. Results show that animosity negatively influences purchase amounts through attitudes and intentions, with a direct effect observed in South Korea and a moderated mediation effect of affinity partially confirmed in Japan. The findings indicate that affinity can mitigate the impact of animosity, offering practical managerial implications.(Author’s sections: chapter 1, 2, 4) |
