概要	Mice with a hemideletion of the Pax6 gene develop microphthalmia and exhibit increased radiation sensitivity, as measured by acute myeloid leukemia. However, this increase was only about 30%. The involvement of the Pax6 gene in acute myeloid leukemia was examined as a candidate for adjacent gene syndrome or genomic imprinting.
