概要	Individuals high in psychopathic traits often pursue short-term reproductive strategies, which are maladaptive in the long term, yet such individuals persist in society. This study examined whether social value orientation (SVO) affects cooperation among psychopathic individuals. We hypothesized that those with a pro-social orientation would be more cooperative than those with a pro-self orientation. However, results showed low cooperation regardless of SVO. Notably, cooperation was highest toward family, followed by friends, and lowest toward strangers. This suggests an exaggerated kin bias, where psychopathic individuals prefer to cooperate primarily with close relatives, highlighting the selective nature of their social behavior.
