概要	We generated a global metagenomic resource from 89 wild boar faecal samples, reconstructing 3,288 metagenome-assembled genomes representing 968 microbial species and establishing comprehensive gene and protein catalogues. The dataset reveals extensive wild-boar-specific microbial diversity and provides a valuable resource for microbiome and probiotic research.
