| 概要 | This study analyzed organ-specific distributions of Cu, Zn, Cd, and Pb in 13 free-ranging wild boar collected in western Japan, including eight fetuses, using ICP-MS. Cu showed pronounced accumulation in the fetal liver, whereas Cd was relatively enriched in the kidneys of non-fetal individuals and Pb in the femur of non-fetal individuals. In contrast, Zn distribution showed no marked developmental differences. These results indicate that developmental stage is an important factor in ecotoxicological assessments of metal accumulation in wild mammals. |
