概要	Darwinism has been strongly governing scientific thought and views of scientists concerning biology and relative fields. Although it is generally believed that science transcends national boundaries, the achievements of science are subject to the influence of civilization. Even the theory of evolution by Charles Darwin would be an example created under the influence of western European though in the 19th century. I recently described my definition of life that "Life is the system that has subjectivity. Finally, I found subjectivity in though of Kinji Imanishi. I developed my own theory of the origin and evolution of life on the basis of my thought on subjectivity of life and the evolution theories of Darwinian and Imanishi. The living system on the earth is classified into three levels based on subjectivity, in which it was found that these levels are well correlated with the assignment method of genotype and phenotype.
