概要 This study examined Japanese and South Korean data to investigate how boycott attitudes and subjective norms affect the impact of perceived behavioral control on boycott intentions. Attitudes strengthened the effect, while subjective norms negatively moderated it in Japan. Consumers with high perceived control tend to follow their own judgment rather than others’.(Author’s sections: full text)
