概要	Key Points • The PNCC scale is a reliable and valid tool that can be used as a reference for designing and planning goal‐oriented in‐service educational strategies for students learning the nutritional care process. • Improving students' willingness to work as dietitians is necessary for improving their competency. The effective use of face‐to‐face simulated patients, rather than online role‐playing among dietetics students, improves dietetics students' confidence in addition to on‐site practice.
