概要 | A new monitoring method for hydrothermal reactions, which is capable to monitor reactions in aqueous solution at 100 - 300 °C in 0.003 - 140 s, has been applied for the measurements of the rate of hydrolysis of oligonucleotides containing ribonucleic phosphodiester linkage. The hydrolyses of several types of oligonucleotides were monitored using the method at over 100 °C. |
