概要 | We have developed a series of hydrothermal systems to evaluate the peptide syntheses under primitive earth environments. The hydrothermal systems consist of narrow tubing high temperature reactor of 0.015 – 0.25 mm inner diameter and 5 – 200 cm length. Our achievement involves real-time monitoring hydrothermal reactions within 0.002 – 200 s, in situ measurements of UV-visible-NIR absorption spectra, evaluations of hydrothermal reactions in the presence of mineral particles. By these techniques, we discovered efficient peptide formation processes under aqueous solutions at high temperatures and pressures. |
