Details Duty Free Shops have been prospering globally and are facing intense competition. In this circumstances, researches on negative word-of-mouth of DFS customers in Korea is theoretically and practically contributing to the development of DFSs’ management strategies including service quality enhancement. The purpose of this paper is to identify dissatisfaction factors in duty free shopping and clarify some differences by cultural trait and distribution channel.
