| Details | 本研究では、2つのミトコンドリア（16S rRNAとシトクロムc酸化酵素サブユニットI）と3つの核遺伝子マーカー（18S rRNA、28S rRNA、ヒストンH3）の部分配列に基づき、23種59標本を用いて分子系統解析を行った。北西太平洋の潮間帯から海底までの広範囲なサンプリングにより、この地域のニッポンネメルテス属ヒモムシ類は4種から17種へと大幅に更新された。 |
