| Details | 本研究では、絶食時の筋萎縮の原因を明らかにすべくタンパク質分解経路であるオートファジーの働きに着目した。オートファジーは絶食時に時間依存的に増加し、その誘導レベルは特に速筋で顕著であることが明らかとなった。また、オートファジーの誘導に関わるmTOR経路の不活性化が速筋で強く生じており、速筋特異的なオートファジー誘導の機序を明らかにする手掛かりとなった。 |
