Details | In the study, we identify the need to examine ways in which student engagement and learning motivation in introductory accounting courses can be improved by focussing on the innovative teaching method known as ‘Accounting Exercise’ (AE). As a results, we indicated that the Accounting Exercise provided stimuli in maintaining students’ learning motivation. This finding is important for entry-level students where learning motivation has the
potential to influence students’ future decisions on major areas of study and career choices. |
