| Details | 地方小都市の商業地域では、各商店のモータリゼーションへの対応の結果、中心商店街では大型店と競合する業種が淘汰され、生業的経営を志向する商店が卓越する商業地域としての性格が強まりつつある。郊外では郊外型店舗に中心商店街から出店、移転してきた商店も加わり、企業的経営の卓越する商業地域となりつつある。今後は、大型店を主とした郊外の商業核と、専門化、差別化の進んだ中心商店街との機能分化が進むであろう。（1～5頁）（本人担当分 1～5頁）共著者：川瀬正樹、村山祐司、岩間信之、兼子純 |
