| Details | Personality is an important trait for a project manager (PM), yet it is difficult to develop effective programs for personality development. Overemphasis on the importance of PM’s personality may make it difficult to develop those who work in this role. This paper discusses effective personality development of PMs and proposes a novel PM Report Card as an effective means of fostering development. |
