| Details | フェリチン測定による貯蔵鉄の上昇は種々の疾病リスクの上昇と関連している。循環フェリチンと血清アディポネクチン、レプチン、レジスチン、PAI-1、ビスファチンとの関連を検討した。429人を対象とした横断研究において、多変量回帰分析を用いて、フェリチンの3分位における平均アディポカイン濃度を算出した。結果として、男性ではフェリチン濃度はレプチンとビスファチンとの正の関連、女性ではアディポネクチンとの負の関連が認められた。貯蔵鉄の増加は、男性におけるレプチンとビスファチン増加、女性ではアディポネクチンの低下と関連しているかもしれない。 |
