Details To evaluate environment for public health, dynamics of Cd was examined in a narrow area facing the Gulf of Hiroshima, and higher concentrations of Cd were found in wildlife kidney despite standard levels of Cd in natural soil. Ages of the wild raccoon dogswere estimated with an original strategy, morphometric and computed tomography (CT) examinations on craniums. Measures of 26 indices were submitted for principle component analysis and cluster analysis in view point of the postnatal development of cranium. Careful observations of cranium, and mandibula classified the aged-raccoon dogs whose concentrations of Cd in kidney were high.
