| Details | In this study, the equivalent penalty coefficient value is proposed. Also, the adaptive control of the penalty coefficient based on the equivalent penalty coefficient values for POAs is proposed. The proposed method is introduced to DE and DEEPC is defined. Experiments for parameter settings were performed and it was shown that DEEPC could search for high quality solutions when the parameter Rcp was appropriate value. |
