概要	Modern society is growing increasingly complex, and it has become difficult to solve problems by means of a single project. In recent years, the need to create new value, promote collaboration among many different areas, and develop innovations beyond industrial boundaries has become apparent. With systems and services, it is now necessary to adapt to rapidly changing customer needs and market environments. In response to such global trends, I propose a new management model, which combines program management and the agile development method: the agile program management model. This paper explains the effectiveness of agile program management using the examples of recent business cases.
