概要	To conduct effective education about nutrition for people of varying ages, we investigated factors that could affect food consciousness in this study. All participants provided informed consent when they submitted the filled questionnaire. Our results demonstrated that meals with the entire family or an adult can lead to a good balanced diet together with food education in elementary, junior, and high schools. We also inferred that meals with adults provided opportunities for food education at home.
