概要	To reveal the condition of feet in healthy elderly women and the present state of self-foot care to examine intervention of self-foot care for falling prevention. Observation of the feet and a self-recording questionnaire on self-foot care were implemented.　Problems such as dry skin, nail hypertrophy, ingrown toenail, hallux valgus and floating toe were common, and 90% had pes planus. 83% observed their feet daily and performed some kind of self-foot care. Besides regular stretching, they walked and exercised the whole body, but were neither performing care for the arch of the toes and plantar region nor aware of the need for such care. 本人担当部分：管理栄養士の立場から研究計画の立案と結果の分析に協力した。
