概要	We conducted a dietary survey of female university students and analyzed the relationship between referring to food labels and eating behavior to provide them with appropriate nutrition education. Results suggest that female students who perceived themselves as relatively overweight were more likely to be interested in food label content and concerned about the nutritional balance of their meals, but consumed certain food items as a daytime/late-night snack, possibly after reading the labels. 本人担当部分：調理学的見地から研究の企画立案，調査結果の分析，データのとりまとめを行い，代表者として発表した。
