概要	The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between the subjective health status of young women and weight loss behavior, and to clarify the factors related to the subjective feeling of health. Weight loss behaviors resulting from the desire to lose weight affect the health status of young women, but no association was found between weight loss behaviors and subjective feelings of health. 本人担当部分：調理学的見地から調査票の作成を担当し，調査の実施に協力した。
