概要	To explore the effective use of the flavors and pungent aromas of spices in reducing salt intake, this study investigated the awareness and use of spices among young women. 　It was found that young women who are highly conscious of salt reduction use spices frequently on a daily basis. 本人担当部分：調理学的見地から研究の企画立案，調査結果の分析，データのとりまとめを行い，代表者として発表した。
