概要	This presentation was about a foreigner's view of Japanese 'emotional engineering'. I was invited to give the presentation by a member of Chugoku Industrial Engineering Research department. The presentation was delivered in Japanese to various business people and academics, and the content was focused on aspects of Japanese society which are peculiar to a non-Japanese person.
