Details	「海賊」なるもののオープン・エコノミーについて、法の外に在る、ということに注目した。海賊は、あらゆる国際法の外部に位置するという点で、有用な（一般的である閉じられた）エコノミーシステムに属さない。このような比喩として使われる「海賊」なるものが、教育の文脈においても子どもの支持を得ることを、海賊の海賊性という観点から議論の遡上に乗せた。
