Details	本研究は、いじめにおける傍観者行動に対する学校風土の緩衝効果について検討するために、個人特性と学校風土との相互作用に注目して、ピアプレッシャーと道徳不活性という個人特性と学校風土がいじめの起きている状況において傍観行動（いじめの状況を見て見ぬふりをする行動）とどう関連するかについて調査したものである。調査対象は小学生324名と中学生550名であった。
