概要	The Michigan State University Library Website introduced the presentation as follows: Kumagusu Minakata (1867-1941), a Japanese biologist, naturalist and ethnologist, studied in Michigan from 1887 to 1891. During this time, he attended Michigan Agricultural College and later moved to Ann Arbor, where he studied independently through reading books and plant collecting. Professor Yoshikawa will speak about his time in Michigan and her research on the documents related to him preserved in the MSU Archives.
